Returns & Refund Policy

At Yogic Living, we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, unfortunately we may not be able to offer a refund.

Returns requested outside of the 30-day period may still be eligible for an exchange only, provided the items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached, up to 45 days from the purchase date.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

3. UK Return Costs

We offer FREE UK returns on all orders over £100.

For orders under £100, a £4.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund total.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Used items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
• Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items where applicable

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us before sending items back for exchange.
